More About The Product

Glyn Harper is Professor of War Studies at Massey University and is its project manager for the First World War Centenary History Programme. A former teacher, he joined the Australian Army in 1988 and after eight years transferred to the New Zealand Army, where he rose to the rank of lieutenant colonel. Glyn was the army's official historian for the deployment to East Timor. He is one of New Zealand's best-known military historians and the author of numerous books, including nine books for children. Many of these books are on aspects of the First World War and have achieved best-seller status.
